“Personal Information” means information about you which you have provided to Acadia Card, such as your name, address, telephone number, NRIC, email address, your personal preferences, wedding/event details, particulars of your fiancé/ spouse or family members and bank account information, IP addresses, social media details, photographs and images and any information which may identify you, your fiancée/ spouse and/or family members that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by Acadia Card from time to time.

In addition to the Personal Data you provide to Acadia Card directly (i.e. during your communications with Acadia Card and/or when you engage Acadia Card to provide services or otherwise), Acadia Card may also collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources, including without limitation at our place of business, any events, wedding fairs or otherwise organised or sponsored by Acadia Card and/or from the cookies used on the Website.

When you visit the Site, information collected will be about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for production printing, for shipping arrangement, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

(c) for internal administrative purposes;
(d) to provide information to regulatory and governmental authorities in order to comply with statutory and government requirements;

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
