Shipping
No shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Shipment arrangement may delay during peak seasons.
Local delivery: 2 to 5 working days
International delivery: 5 to 10 working days
We will notify you by email once shipment is done together with the courier tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for estimated pick-up/shipping times published by courier/shipping company. For international courier, delivery is subject to custom clearance and the cards may subject to custom duties and taxes. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, please either arrange a re-delivery or collection at the courier service center or contact us for other e-hailing pick up services.
For international delivery, the courier fees shall be charged separately. We shall obtain the courier charges and email you before you place and confirm your order.
Cancellation and Return of Goods
Once the order is submitted, it will be processed. There shall be no refund of your payment should you decide to cancel your order.
